2. What warranty comes with pre-owned consoles?

All consoles include a standard 12-month limited warranty covering hardware defects and performance failures not caused by accidental damage. You may extend coverage up to 24 months at checkout. Warranty claims are processed within 3–5 business days, with repair, replacement, or store credit provided depending on assessment.

3. How does the trade-in process work?

Start by selecting your device model on our Trade-In page. Receive an instant estimated value based on condition. Ship your console using our prepaid label or visit a participating partner location. Once verified, payment is issued within 48 hours via bank transfer, PayPal, or store credit with a 10% bonus.

4. What condition grades do you offer?

We provide three condition grades: Excellent (minimal cosmetic wear), Very Good (light visible marks), and Good (moderate cosmetic signs but fully functional). Each grade reflects appearance only—performance and internal quality standards remain identical across all categories.
